    Yordrobe is Australia’s newest go-to destination where fashion enthusiasts come together to SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP designer clothing and accessories from each other’s wardrobe!

    Yordrobe is 100% Australian owned and operated. We are currently based in Adelaide South Australia but offer our service to all areas of Australia.
  • WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO ME?
    Becoming a member of Yordrobe gives you instant access to replenish your wardrobe with our features SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP. Yordrobe is changing the way we treat our wardrobes. Gone are the days of holding onto those expensive items, hoping they will come back in fashion! It doesn’t matter if you have worn your fashion piece once, a hundred times or not at all, we are confident you will receive the result you are looking for with our growing community of like-minded buyers and sellers. The Yordrobe team will keep our users up to date on the best deals, features and also reward our members – learn more about our rewards below.
  • WHAT CAN I SELL ON YORDROBE?
    Quality listings and a good reputation are very important to us, so we have specified the brands that you can SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP on Yordrobe. All items that are listed must be clean, in good condition and accurately represented. Yordrobe closely monitors all listings and we encourage our users to notify us straight away if they suspect something doesn’t look right – please email report@yordrobe.com.au. We are currently allowing our users to SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP the brands listed below. Please refrain from listing brands that are not listed below otherwise they will be removed immediately.

Yordrobe DOES NOT allow the sale of replicas or fakes. Please join us in respecting and celebrating the intellectual property and creativity of our listed brands. If you suspect a fake listing on Yordrobe, please let us know straight away at report@yordrobe.com.au. We also have a minimum sell price of $20 on Yordrobe, so items that are of lesser value than $20 are not permitted. This makes sure all our items are of quality value.

  • SO, HOW DO I GET STARTED
    Great, we’re glad you asked! Here is a short checklist to get you started.

    1. Firstly, if you are old enough to have a Facebook account, you can become a member of Yordrobe. However, as we use PayPal to handle all payments, you must be 18 years or older to SELL, SHOP, SWAP or DROP on Yordrobe.
    2. Download the Yordrobe App from the App Store (we are currently working on the Android version so we apologise to the Android users out there – we promise it won’t be long).
    3. Create an account – this will be your virtual wardrobe. We recommend creating an account through Facebook so that you can discover all your friends’ wardrobes and make it easier for other users to find you (we will never access your Facebook account details without your permission).
    4. That’s it… it’s that simple! Welcome to the Yordrobe community. You now have access to the most stylish wardrobes across the country and can have fun selling your own wardrobe using our features SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP – learn more about them below. We hope you have fun and we look forward to seeing what’s in your wardrobe.
  • WHAT IS SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP?
    SELL, SHOP, SWAP & DROP are Yordrobe’s main features which are sure to make your experience fun, easy and interactive.
  • WHAT IS SELL?
    Sell your unwanted designer items and make money instantly. We have a growing like-minded community of fashion enthusiasts with the same taste in fashion as you! There are no time wasters, only serious buyers and sellers. Get in touch at brands@yordrobe.com.au if you want to see a particular brand on Yordrobe. So How Does Sell Work? Firstly, you need to download the Yordrobe App from the App Store. Once you have registered your account, simply snap a photo of your item, list the details and post it for sale. We encourage the use of #tags in item descriptions to maximise the exposure that items receive within the Yordrobe community. You can list as many items as you like for FREE. When an item of yours sells, we’ll automatically deposit the purchase price (minus commission) into your PayPal account at the time of the sale.
  • WHAT IS SHOP?
    Shop in style knowing you’re only going to see quality listings and familiar brands. When you’re out shopping, imagine buying the latest trends, wearing them for a short time and then knowing they will sell on Yordrobe when you no longer want them – you could update your wardrobe every week! Or maybe you can’t afford the brands you have always wanted – it’s ok, we know times are tough. But now you have the opportunity to purchase newly stocked items at a second hand price. So How Does Shop Work? We have made looking for any item super simple. You can search items by brands, users and #tags, as well as filter your feed by size, colour, etc. You can also follow your favorite wardrobes so when they list a new item, it will show up in your feed so you won’t miss out. Our “First Dibs” feature also allows you to get first dibs on items that are not yet available on Yordrobe. Simply tell us what you are looking for and when that item does become available, we will notify you straight away so you get first dibs.
  • WHAT IS DROP?
    Are you clothes rich? But time poor? Wanting to make some money from your over-stocked wardrobe but simply don’t have the time? Don’t worry…. that’s why we have designed DROP. We will do all the hard work for you and all you have to worry about is what you’re going to spend your earnings on! So How Does DROP work? It’s super simple… by using our drop feature, you will be prompted to tell us what items you want to drop (send) to us. Once we’ve both agreed on which items to Drop, you can package up those items, slap on the pre-paid label (that we’ll email you) and then pop the package in the post. We will do the rest from there! What are the benefits of using DROP? We will price the items, organize the photos and upload them to your wardrobe, determine shipping costs, store your items and post them to buyers when they sell. You won’t have to lift a finger! On top of all that, DROP items are given priority when searches are conducted by other users and, we’ll take your items to local fashion markets all around Australia and sell them. What is the DROP fee? It’s FREE to use the DROP feature – we even pay for your items to be posted to us. But, we do deduct a 50% commission on the sale of each item. It’s a good deal considering you won’t have to lift a finger and we will do everything we can to make sure that your items sell. How Do You Make Sure That My Drop Items Will Sell? Due to the exposure we give our DROP items on Yordrobe, they have a higher sell rate. We exhaust every avenue to sell the items, including local fashion markets. If they still do not sell, we’ll discount the item to make it even more appealing to potential buyers. DROP items must be approved prior to dropping (sending) them to us – we will guide you every step of the way when you use the DROP feature.
  • WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SELLING ON YORDROBE?
    Our fees are very simple and straight forward. Yordrobe will always be free to use and free to download. Our fee structure is outlined below: SELLING FEE – when you make a sale, we deduct a 10% commission fee from the sale price. SWAP FEE – when you make a swap, we deduct a flat $2.50 swap fee from each user. DROP FEE – if you decide to use our drop service, we take a commission fee of 50% on the sale price of each item. Here’s what you get in return when you use our services: Yordrobe supports and donates a percentage of every sale to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Yordrobe also promises to keep up to date with the latest technology trends and enable the best social features for our users and serve as your customer support team. We use PayPal as a safe and secure payment method for all transactions. PayPal fees are additional and are payable by you on the proceeds that you receive on each sale (we’ll cover the rest). These fees are payable to PayPal and not Yordrobe.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMEONE ASKS ME TO TAKE A TRANSACTION OFFLINE?
    Re-directing users to buy outside of Yordrobe is against our Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate termination of the offender’s Yordrobe account. Yordrobe is not designed for re-directing traffic for external purchase and we take no responsibility for sales that are made outside of Yordrobe. We offer an outstanding service on Yordrobe and encourage you to take full advantage of our features and support. We want to create a pleasant experience for everyone and if you cannot abide by the Terms and Conditions, please do not use Yordrobe.   • WHAT ARE YORDROBE REWARDS?
    Earn $20 in credit for telling your friends about Yordrobe. YOU’RE WELCOME!
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
    Located on your profile screen, click on the settings button → Earn $20 Credit, then enter the email addresses of all the friends that you would like to invite. When each of those friends signs up to Yordrobe using the email address you invited them with, and places their first order with us with a minimum spend of $50, you will receive a $20 credit. On top of that, your friend will also receive $20 credit when they sign up using that same email address.
  • WHAT CAN I USE MY REWARDS FOR?
    Reward credits can only be used on purchasing item(s) and cannot be used for swapping item(s).
  • WHO CAN I INVITE TO BECOME A MEMBER?
    The more people you invite, the more $20 credits you can earn. You can invite family, friends, colleagues – or anyone who might be interested in buying, selling or swapping quality fashion.
  • WILL MY FRIENDS BE SPAMMED WHEN I INVITE THEM?
    No. We respect your friends’ privacy and it is against our code of conduct to spam users. Your friend will receive one email with an invitation to become a member. That’s it!
  • ORDERS & RETURNS

  • I JUST SOLD AN ITEM ON YORDROBE, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
    Congratulations! The next step is simple… as per our T’s&C’s, you must post your sold item within 48 business hours. Our aim is to create a reliable and fast shopping experience for all of our users and failing to post your sold item within this time frame will result in bad ratings from your buyers and possible termination from Yordrobe. When the item sells, we will send the buyer’s shipping details to you via email. Once you’ve posted your item (and checked your PayPal account for payment), you must rate the buyer in terms of your satisfaction with them during the transaction. You can rate the buyer in the app under Profile → Settings → My Sold Items → Rate Buyer. Remember, there is truly nothing worse than waiting weeks for an item you love, so to make sure you always receive great ratings from your buyers, it is very important that you post the sold item within the 48 hour time frame.
  • I JUST PURCHASED AN ITEM ON YORDROBE, WHAT HAPPENS NOW? WHEN WILL I GET IT?
    How exciting, the good news is that you won’t be waiting weeks for your item to arrive – we are confident of this due to our strict postage time frame stated in our T’s&C’s. You can check your purchase status in the app under Profile → Settings → My Purchases. We update the shipping status to ‘shipped’ when the seller provides us with the parcel number. You can also use this number to track your item via the courier’s website (if available). The type of shipping that you have paid for (i.e. express or standard) will also determine the arrival time of your item. Our common shipping time frame is anywhere between 2-7 working days. On the unlikely occasion that a seller is unable to ship the item promptly, we will notify you straight away.
  • I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    First, check to see if your order has been shipped. You can do this in the app under Profile → Settings → My Purchases → check the postage status of that particular item. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we suggest you contact the seller by commenting on the listing. If your order has been shipped but it never arrived, please report this in the app under Profile → Settings → My Purchases → Click on the item you purchased → Report a Problem. This will then go to our investigation team and we will work with you on resolving an outcome.

  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY YORDROBE EARNINGS WHEN I MAKE A SALE?
    We use PayPal as a secure payment method. Your earnings are deposited directly into your PayPal account at the time of sale. To redeem them, you will need to log into you PayPal account and follow their redemption methods.
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF BUYING OR SELLING ON YORDROBE IS SECURE?
    Paypal is one of the safest online payment methods around. If you want to find out more about PayPal, follow this link www.paypal.com.
  • HOW SAFE ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
    We have no access to your bank data and do not store any bank or credit card information. This is why we use PayPal – one of the safest payment methods around. Your personal details such as your name, email address and postal address are stored in our database over a secure internet connection. These details are only used to ensure that you receive all of the necessary communication for the transactions you carry out on Yordrobe. We may email you directly with tips, special deals and promotions from time to time to keep you up to date on all things Yordrobe. But don’t worry, you can opt out of these emails at any time.   • SHIPPING

  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES ON YORDROBE?
    Yordrobe has a shipping cost guide for all users when uploading new items. However, this is only a guideline and specifying the shipping cost is up to the seller’s discretion based on weight and destination around Australia. The specified shipping cost is paid by the buyer at the time of purchase and any discrepancy between the specified shipping cost and the actual shipping cost at the time of posting is the responsibility of the seller of that item. For swap transactions, each user is responsible for paying the cost associated with posting their specific item.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    As per our T’s&C’s, the seller MUST post the item within 48 business hours. Once posted, the specified shipping method (standard or express) will dictate the arrival time of your item. Our typical shipping time frame is between 2-7 business days.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    No. Yordrobe is only downloadable within Australia and therefore, our users do not currently ship outside of Australia.
  • DROP FAQ’s

  • HOW DOES DROP WORK?
    DROP sells your items on your behalf and you get 50% of the sale price.
  • WHAT CAN I DROP (send)?
    You can only Drop items of the brands that we already accept on Yordrobe. See our full list of accepted brands above.
  • HOW DO I USE DROP?
    Using Drop can only be done through the Yordrobe App – by pressing on the camera icon > DROP > adding the details for each item and pressing submit.
  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT MY ITEMS?
    When you submit your item(s), it then goes to our review team who will accept or decline items in your request. You will get an email stating which items are accepted and you can then agree to this request. Once you agree, we will send a pre-paid printable label to your email address. Simply print this off, bag up your items and put it in the post.
  • HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I EARN FROM MY ITEMS?
    When uploading your items, you pre-select the approximate price you want for each item eg: $50-$100 and so on. Once we receive the items, they’ll be assessed and priced accordingly. The 50% Drop fee is deducted from the sale price of your item when it sells.
  • HOW DO I GET PAID?
    As each of your items sell, we deposit your earnings directly into your PayPal account. You will need to follow PayPal redemption methods to cash out.
  • CAN I GET MY ITEMS BACK IF THEY DON’T SELL?
    Yes, we have a 60 day sell period and if your items do not sell within this time, you can reclaim them and we will post them back to you for free. You must reclaim them within 14 days after the 60 day sell period has finished. If you do not reclaim your items within this time frame, they become property of Yordrobe.
  • WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS?
    With Drop, there are no shipping costs for you. Shipping your items to Yordrobe is free, when your item sells, the buyer pays to have it shipped to them and if an item doesn’t sell, we’ll return it to you for free.
